Privacy notice

What we collect

• When you order: your name, delivery address, email address and phone number if you give one.
• When you email us: your message and your email address.
• When you browse: basic technical information such as pages viewed, browser type and approximate region.

We never see or store your full card details. Payment is taken on Shopify’s secure checkout and card data goes straight to the payment processor.

Why we hold it

• To take payment, pack your parcel and get it to the right address
• To handle a return, refund or warranty claim
• To reply to your questions
• To meet our accounting and tax obligations

Who processes it for us

• Shopify — our shop and checkout platform, which stores your order and customer record
• Our payment processor — takes the payment and handles refunds
• Our courier — receives your name, address and phone number so it can deliver
• Our email provider — carries order confirmations and our replies

We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to advertisers.

Marketing email

We only email you about your order unless you have specifically asked to hear from us. If you do opt in, every message carries an unsubscribe link and one click is enough.

How long we keep it

Order and transaction records are kept for six years, because tax law requires it. General enquiry emails are deleted after two years. Marketing consent records are kept until you withdraw consent, plus a short period afterwards to prove we stopped.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it, object to how we use it, and complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. To exercise any of these, email us and we will respond within one month.

Cookies

We use the cookies needed to run the shop and keep your basket working, plus basic anonymous analytics so we can see which pages help people. We do not run advertising trackers.
