Free on every order. Out of the warehouse within 24 hours, with you in 2 to 5 working days.

Cost

Delivery is free on every order to a UK address, with no minimum spend. The price you see at the checkout is the price you pay.

Timings

Dispatch: within 24 hours of your order. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day usually go out the same day.
Arrival: 2 to 5 working days from dispatch for mainland UK.
Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands: allow an extra 1 to 3 working days.

Weekends and bank holidays are not working days. We do not currently ship outside the United Kingdom.

Tracking

You will get an email with a tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves us. If the tracking has not moved for three working days, email us and we will chase the courier for you rather than asking you to do it.

If something goes wrong

Parcel marked delivered but not there: check with neighbours and any safe place first, then contact us. We will replace it.
Damaged in transit: send us a photograph and we will send a replacement, no return needed.
Wrong address entered: tell us within a couple of hours and we can usually correct it before dispatch.
