The 2-year warranty
If it stops working properly within two years and you have not run it over with the car, we replace it.
What is covered
- LEDs that stop lighting, flicker, or fail in patches
- A controller that will not power on, or a display that fails
- Wiring or connector faults
- Stitching or strap failure under normal use
- A faulty mains adaptor or USB cable
Cover runs for 24 months from the day your parcel is delivered and applies to the original purchaser.
What is not covered
- Water damage from immersing it or putting it in a washing machine
- Crushing, tearing, burns or pet damage
- Normal cosmetic wear to the fabric
- Use with a non-supplied power adaptor
Making a claim
- Email us with your order number and a short description.
- A photograph or a short video of the fault helps and usually saves you posting anything.
- If it is a clear fault we send a replacement straight away and cover the postage both ways.
Your legal rights
This warranty is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which give you remedies for goods that are faulty or not as described. Nothing here limits those rights.
