Terms of sale

1. Who we are

LumaWrap sells and ships red light therapy wraps to customers in the United Kingdom. You can reach us at any time through our contact page.

2. Placing an order

Choosing a bundle and completing the checkout is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil an order — because of a stock or pricing error, for example — we will tell you and refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is free to UK addresses. Payment is taken at the checkout, which is operated by Shopify; we do not store your card details. Launch pricing applies to a limited number of units and we may change prices for future orders at any time, but never after your order is confirmed.

4. Delivery

We dispatch within 24 hours and delivery normally takes 2 to 5 working days. Timings are estimates rather than guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Full detail on the delivery page.

5. Cancellation and returns

You have 14 days from delivery to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, and a separate 90-day money-back guarantee from us on top of that. Both are explained on the returns page.

6. Warranty

Every wrap carries a 2-year warranty against faults, set out on the warranty page. This is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. Intended use and health

LumaWrap is a wellbeing device for aching, stiff joints and muscles. It is not a medical device, it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and nothing on this website is medical advice. Use it as described in the instructions and in our usage guide, and read the safety page before you start.

8. Liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss and damage caused by us. We are not liable for loss arising from use of the product contrary to its instructions, or for business losses, as you are buying as a consumer. Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published when you placed your order.
